.FA/Government guidelines relating to the safe return of children playing football, we ask that you read and note the following protocols:
1. We will only be able to accommodate children that have a reservation or have pre booked.
This is mandated for us to be able to adhere to FA coaching ratios of children to coaches.
2. The WCHS school policy aims to restrict the amount of people on site. Therefore, the following must be applied:
A. Parents and children are required to stay in their vehicles;
children will meet the coaching staff on the grass in front of the main school entrance.
B. The children will be escorted to and from the field and brought back to the car park ready for collection at 3.00pm.
C. If you arrive late or need to collect your child early, please call 07973 255 005 and a coach will escort your
child to/from the car park.
3. Hand sanitiser will be provided for children to use throughout the day.
4. Our indoor space and toilets will be cleaned regularly throughout the day.
5. Football equipment will be sanitised throughout the day.
6. Children should be made aware that they are NOT to share any food from their packed lunches.
7. Please ensure your child brings a refillable water bottle with their name clearly stated.
