Holiday Coaching Courses

Players develop skills throughout the week in a loosely structured format. The courses are designed for children aged between 5 and 12 years old.
The children are grouped according to age and ability. You can book for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. The cost is cheaper per day, the more days you book. Typical Day: 10.00 Free play time 10.30 Skills work & (SSG)* 11.00 Daily competition & (SSG)* 12.00 Lunch & Free play time 13.00 Fun games & (SSG)* 15.00 Finish *(SSG) Small Sided Games Prizes are awarded to those who show commitment to learn and show a good attitude during the week. Summer Goalkeeper Courses

We will be holding specialist GK sessions as part of our Summer Coaching Courses.
On average, most goalkeepers use their hands only 20% of the time and their feet 80%.
Our program has been designed with this in mind --
combining fundamental goalkeeping practices with modern footwork and realistic,
game-like scenarios to develop confident, all-round footballers.
Daily Schedule
Morning 10.00 – 12.00
GK Technical Practices, Catching and Handling
Footwork and Movement
Diving and Positioning, Shot Stopping and Distribution
12.00 – 1.00 Lunch
Afternoon 1.00 – 2.00
Small-Sided Games – Coach Supervised
Goalkeepers will face realistic match scenarios --
dealing with unpredictability, reacting quickly and making decisions under pressure.
Coaches will supervise and support players throughout.
2.00 – 3.00
GK encouraged to play on pitch in SSG
This approach allows young goalkeepers to experience the game from different perspectives --
improving their awareness, passing, and overall game understanding.
Did you know? In elite-level football,
goalkeepers now make 40–50 passes per game on average,
often more than some outfield players.
